Information and Registration

New students are welcome in all classes.

It can take a little time to become accustomed to Bikram Yoga, so we offer some special rates to new students.

– One week unlimited for P 1,000 (new students only)
– One month unlimited for P5,000 (new students only. You can upgrade from 1 week to 1 month)

*We have yoga mats and towels available for rent

How to prepare:

-Hydrate well by drinking water throughout your day
-Bring water you can drink
-Wear light-weight workout clothing
-No need for shoes or socks while you practice
-Arrive 15 minutes before your first class
-Try not to eat anything heavy within 2 hours before class

A few reminders:

-You’re going to sweat a lot
-The class is 90 minutes long
-We do 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises
-Come with an open mind and ask yourself how you feel after class
